To register and maintain an Account on 388wen, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Age verification is mandatory and forms part of the KYC process. The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age cannot be confirmed.

Wagering requirements specify the total turnover that must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. A wagering requirement of, for example, 30x on a PKR 1,000 bonus means the User must wager a total of PKR 30,000 in eligible games before a withdrawal request is considered. The Operator reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Any determination of abuse is at the Operator's reasonable discretion.
The 388wen VIP programme operates on a tier-based system. Tier eligibility, advancement criteria, cashback rates and reward structures are documented in the published VIP Terms. Tier status may be reviewed or adjusted in accordance with published maintenance requirements. The Operator reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure with reasonable notice.
All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance by the Operator. A bet is not confirmed until a confirmation reference is displayed to the User. The Operator reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where there is evidence of system errors, irregular betting patterns or misuse.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error or manifest pricing error, the Operator reserves the right to void affected transactions. Winnings resulting from a clearly erroneous price or malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. The Operator will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Users where feasible.
Live and in-play betting markets are available on selected events including cricket, football, UFC and other sports. Live odds update in real time and are accepted at the price displayed at the moment of placement. Delays in placing live bets due to internet connectivity issues are the User's responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 388wen, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or loss of goodwill.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.
